We brought our fleet of Nissan NV 200 To Have the transmissions serviced a few weeks ago. We worked with Trent the manager. They are on top of customer service. Always keeping us informed working with us and getting our vehicles back before they are promised. We will continue to work with this company. As a business owner, it’s nice to see a company that cares about their customers.

I highly recommend Stuart’s Transmission. Everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and treated me with respect. It’s hard to find an honest and fair repair shop these days, but Stuart’s Transmission was exactly that. Their pricing was fair, and I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs. If you’re looking for trustworthy automotive service, this is the place to go. Thank you for the excellent customer service and quality work! I had the driveshaft break on my Cadillac and I got an estimate from another place and then somebody recommended Stuart's and they were way cheaper, and they got the job done. My recent issue was My alternator he told me get it to him on Monday and he should have it back to me on Wednesday which was great. Much to my surprise, I dropped it off Monday morning and it was done Monday afternoon.!!!!!!

What an amazing place. Great service with fast turnaround. Customer service is well above par. Its nice to find a shop where the collective knowledge far exceeds the customers expectations and the realistic, courteous, approach to taking care of the customer is not solely based on profit. If I run into any transmission issues in the future, I'll definitely return. A big thanks to everyone at Stuart's.

I am in a wheelchair, and my truck allows me to pull a camper down to see my kids in Lakeland, Cocoa Beach, and my father-in-law in Pensacola. My truck is getting old had 135 thousand miles and the transmission went out in Pensacola. We were looking at a major Snowstorm just after Thanksgiving. I took my truck to Stuart Specialty Transmission. They said they were filled up but they moved me to the front of the line. Well, the best way to get back on the road was to buy a new transmission. They ordered it on a Friday, and it was in on a Monday. Not only did they get the transmission put in and adjusted, but they also fixed my fan motor for free. This was under warranty, and I was waiting to get back home to have the fix the fan motor. . They had to put a chair in the truck to drive it but that didn’t bother them at all. I highly recommend their service. I give them 200 stars if I could. It takes me 3 days to travel home because of my health and we made Friday at 1:18 PM 6 hours before the snow started to fall.

Just moved to Pensacola and needed a trustworthy diesel mechanic for my Ram3500. Stuart’s proved to be the right choice! Spoke with the office manager Trent and had the transmission, differentials, oil and transfer case serviced in just a few hours. They were fair with pricing and quick with the labor, and even saved me some money on extra time in the shop. Fully recommend these folks at this shop for diesel work on these heavy duty trucks.
